Performed as task order under an IDIQ contract with the OCFM Central Office, Romanyk Consulting Corporation (RCC) provided professional design and engineering services to plan for a Seismic Retrofit and Renovation of Buildings 1, 68, 69, 74, 75, 77, 78 and 80 at the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center.

There were three major phases to the project book: data collection, AE coordination and presentation of a final report. Our services included: on-site utility survey, transportation and parking, VA ABAAS compliance report, boundary and topographic surveys, geotechnical/ geological analysis, site issue observations, seismic analysis, existing building information, code/standard requirements, structural testing and programmatic

estimate coordination with an independent estimator.

The results of the final project book were presented in a two-day, virtual meeting (due to COVID19) and a final summary report was provided in a indexed and searchable PDF file.
