Romanyk Consulting Corp. (RCC) is proud to provide our services through our Navy SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract vehicle. The SeaPort-e contract is designed to not only meet the technical needs of federal defense agencies, but to also assist federal defense agencies in reaching their small business procurement goals.

To meet the Navy’s Sea Power 21 objectives and to increase overall efficiencies, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) established the SeaPort-e indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract (MAC) vehicle. SeaPort-e encompasses a wide variety of engineering, technical, program management, and financial management professional support services. It uses a web-based electronic procurement system to facilitate performance-based service acquisition. All task orders issued under the contract are competitively solicited, awarded, and managed using the SeaPort-e system.

The SeaPort-e contract vehicle furthers the Navy’s objective to increase efficiency and allows geographically dispersed organizations with diverse technical support requirements and missions, like RCC, to tailor their requirements within a specific task order. Authorized users of RCC’s SeaPort-e contract vehicle include all warranted contracting officers of NAVSEA, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Strategic Systems Program (SSP), Office of Naval Research (ONR), United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) throughout the contract’s geographical zones. RCC’s current contract covers five of the seven geographical zones, please see map below:
