Our engineering team seeks to understand end-user needs, from healthcare staff, operations and maintenance, and hospital leadership. They listen to concerns and document issues. Working with clients, they develop solutions to complex challenges. They have provided HVAC improvements and replacements, arc flash studies, peer reviews, emergency power upgrades,
campus-wide electronic health records management (EHRM), Legionella assessments/recommendations, physical security design & resiliency manual (PSDRM) assessments, studies of boiler, chilled water, and steam systems, and other special system analyses and improvements.

RCC's engineering team remains current with healthcare design and standards, new protocols, and advances in technology. They also remain up-to-date with VA Directives as well as the Technical Information Library (TIL), its Standards, Design Criteria, Manuals, and Guidelines.
