We are adding to our Design Team teams as we expand our project platforms and currently have an opening for an Architect Intern (West or East Coast candidates only please).

Responsibilities and Duties
• Designing schematics specialized in space programming and site planning as well as developing of elevations, sections, 3D models and architectural details.
• Innovating new prototypes designed with sustainable products with green architecture sensibility.
• Following through design development drawings and collaborating with the production staff for technical details and completion of construction drawings.
• Establishing the company’s Interior Design Department involved in product research.
• An intern may also be conducting research on sites.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture is required.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Projects is preferred.
• 1+ years of work Architecture experience.

Job Description
• Project tracking and CPM scheduling using MS Project. Organize baseline schedule for project life cycle.
• Total budget setup and tracking with actuals as well as corrective actions for forecast when necessary.
• Cost tracking and schedule progress and analysis, including calculation of earned value, schedule performance and cost performance.
• Conduct scope and economic study analysis to identify resources against profit feasibility. Provide valuable options on project costs minimization.
• Prepare conceptual estimation for client budget and finance analysis, as well as study alternative techniques and materials for cost reduction.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or other related fields of study.
• One-two years’ experience as a Project Manager, construction background will be a plus.
• Experience working with Revit tool.
• Proficiency in MS Project in a SharePoint environment strongly required

Licensed Architect

Romanyk Consulting is expanding! Due to continued growth, we are adding new roles to our Design Services Team.

RCC is looking to hire a seasoned Licensed Architect with solid Healthcare/Hospital project experience.

This position will report to senior leadership on a day-to-day basis.

Romanyk Consulting, operates a “Virtual-Office” model which affords us to engage the best talent in the market and also means we only seek to hire individuals with great work ethic, who can take full and independent ownership of their projects as they work remotely in the San Francisco Bay area, while the company maintains our headquarters in Plano, TX.

We expect to fill this position as soon as we find the right candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Senior Architect will be responsible for researching, planning, designing, and administering a variety of building projects for our clients, prepare project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment such as Revit. The Architect will draft scale drawings, and construction documents as well as conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction phase, to monitor and insure construction complies with the architectural and engineering plans at our client sites.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor Degree in Architecture is required.

· Five to Ten Years of Architectural construction experience.

· Experience in Healthcare and/or hospital Projects is required.

· Architectural Registration is required.

· NCARB Certification is required.

· LEED accreditation, a plus.
