Client Satisfaction

For RCC, client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. What it means to us is doing quality work, and meeting client expectations as well as contract requirements. We measure client satisfaction by our ability to retain clients and by repeat business with the same client. At both of these metrics RCC exceeds. For example, RCC currently supports the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) and has retained them as a client for more than 14 years.

Since RCC is a government contractor, client satisfaction is recorded in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). Some of the comments in our CPARS include:

“Given what I know today about the contractor’s ability to perform in accordance with this contract or order’s most significant requirements, I would recommend them for similar requirements in the future.”

Another comment from one of our VA clients stated: “Romanyk Consulting (Group sic) overall quality of work was excellent. They are very knowledgeable in the development of master plan development, estimates, and have a good understanding of VA requirements. Individuals are accommodating, attentive to detail, a quality product. Highly recommended because of the quality of work and individuals involved in the process. Final product provide of the VA.”

Many of our ratings are either Very Good or Exceptional.
